Terms and Conditions :


1. Reservation and Confirmation:
All reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Immediate confirmation is subject to availability.
Flight details (flight number, arrival/departure time) must be provided upon reservation

2. Rates and Payment:
Prices quoted are per vehicle per way, exclusive of taxes and booking fees.
Payment must be completed in full at time of booking or as per agreed terms.

3. Cancellation Policy :
Free cancellation up to 24 hours prior to scheduled transfer time.
Cancellation less than 24 hours before service time, or in case of no-show, will be charged in full.


4. Amendments and Changes:
Any changes to booking must be communicated at least 24 hours before service time.
Amendments are subject to availability.


5. Waiting Time:
For airport pick-up, complimentary waiting time of up to 60 minutes from the confirmed flight arrival time is included.
Delays exceeding 60 minutes without prior notice may incur additional charges or be considered no-show.

6. Passenger Conduct:
Passengers must observe local laws and regulations.
Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or illegal substances within the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

7. Liability:
The company holds full insurance coverage during transfers.
Company is not liable for personal belongings left in the vehicle after drop-off.

8. Special Requests:
Special requests (child seats, additional luggage space, accessibility assistance, etc.)
should be communicated in advance and are subject to availability.

9. Force Majeure:
The company is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control (e.g., extreme weather conditions, road closures, natural disasters, flight delays, or other events classified as force majeure).
